How to Order:  It's easy to order your Floor Nanny™. You can use our online order form or you may call us at 336-207-0283 or 336-207-8795.

• Minimum - Minimum order one item (either Floor Nanny™ or slipcover)
• Shipping - Delivery by US Postal Service or FedEx. Please allow 2-3 weeks for delivery. We will mail product within 3 days of order placement as long as it is in stock. If the product is out of stock you will be informed by email or phone.
• Shipping Charge - Shipping & Handling charges are $17.00 for one Floor Nanny™ and $30.00 for two Floor Nannys™ for shipping to all locations within the contiguous 48 states and APO/FPO addresses. For shipping of more than 2 Floor Nannys™ or shipping to other locations please call for a shipping quote.
• Cancellations - Orders cancelled after the product has been shipped may be returned in the same unopened packaging within 10 business days with the customer paying all shipping costs. Only the product price will be credited. If the order has not been shipped the customer will incur no cost.
• Returns - Returns are accepted only for manufacturers defect and will be dealt with personally on an individual basis.

2 Moms, LLC respects your privacy and we promise that we will not give away or sell your personal information to unrelated third parties, except as required or permitted by law.

The only time that you are required to provide personal information about yourself is when you place an order. We will only use this information to process your order.

Once you make a purchase, you are considered a customer of 2 Moms, LLC. 2 Moms, LLC reserves the right to communicate with you occasionally via e-mail regarding special sales, additions to our collection, or other announcements. You can be removed from our e-mail list by replying to the e-mail and typing "remove from e-mail list" in the subject of the e-mail.
